Il FUNCTIONAL TRAINING è una tipologia di allenamento utile a migliorare il coordinamento “obbligando” il corpo a compiere gesti che lo impegnano a 360 gradi, andando oltre il classico allenamento di isolamento. Questi movimenti sono utili a sviluppare tutte le capacità motorie: forza, resistenza e potenza aumentano in modo graduale e sinergico con le capacità coordinative.
